About Lilà Rouge

Lilà Rouge is a choreographer, performer, and movement researcher working at the crossroads of dance, technology, and social engagement. Trained across classical and contemporary forms, she has performed with internationally recognized companies including the Israeli Opera, and toured her own choreographic works across France, Italy, Israel, Palestine, and the U.S.

For over a decade, she has taught in both institutional and independent settings, leading workshops that explore movement not just as technique, but as a way to listen, feel, and relate. Her practice blends somatic exploration, improvisation, and interdisciplinary collaboration, and often unfolds in politically charged or fragmented spaces. At the heart of her work is a belief in the body as both archive and bridge, a site of memory, resistance, and deep connection.

Because we don’t achieve alone, and it’s always a collaboration, discover all the people involved.
